Yehia Hafez founded Harmony Properties from a genuine love of real estate and first-hand experience as a property investor. Living and working in Hurghada gives him an everyday understanding of its neighbourhoods, developments and the practical differences between them.

His approach is straightforward: understand each buyer's needs, identify properties that genuinely fit their purpose, budget and plans, explain the trade-offs honestly and remain available after the viewing.
